It takes 21days to form a habit. Today I start a new habit. I am 31 years old and my birthday is in 11 days. I am 2 months postpartum and absolutely loving being a first time mom. I have the most beautiful and perfect baby girl. I couldn't have asked for anything better. But I am 100 pounds overweight, 45 of which is left over pregnancy weight. I start back to work in 22 days, and before I go book to School (I teach), I would like to loose a few pounds and fit in some more of my clothes, but most of all I would like to get myself back on track and form good habits so it will be easier to stick to them once I go back to work and things get crazy busy again. I have more back story I will give as I go but for now I wanted to introduce myself and set my goal so I can use this blog to keep me motivated and hold me accountable. So this will be day 1.... but for now, it is late, baby is asleep, house is clean, and it is late. So good night for now and when I wake, the journey begins (again).
